Fall foliage outdoor photography sessions October 2021
Fall sessions for 2021 are ready to begin booking!

Times for appointments: Time slots are one hour each, available at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm (best lighting in fall in few hrs prior to sunset)
Deposit required $100 - nonrefundable if you choose to cancel or reschedule any later than 7 days prior to the session. Payment can be via credit card, venmo, paypal, or check by mail - let me know your preference and I'll set up a link for you to pay that way!
Weather- if it is going to rain, I will decide whether or not we need to change plans and let you know if we need to reschedule. I will not go by forecast any sooner than 24 hrs prior. I follow hour by hour forecasts and radar to get as close as possible on the weather. Often a rain in the morning will clear by afternoon so judging a few days in advance is not always possible. If I cancel your session due to weather, your deposit will be transferable to the new date. I will have rain date options as close as possible to your original appointment, and during peak color in late October, but keep in mind they may be weekdays, because fall foliage only lasts about 7-10 days so pushing forward more than 1-2 weeks will miss that peak window for color. If you are scheduled on a weekend, you could be rescheduled for a weekday, so you will want to keep that in mind. If you can't take one of the foliage rain dates offered to you, you can offer your slot to a friend/family member and transfer your deposit. Options to transfer your deposit to a holiday session will also be honored for a select number of appointments only. I will make every effort possible to get you a foliage date, but these terms are also non-negotiable, because fall foliage appointments are in such high demand. Fingers crossed for beautiful sunshine October 20 through 31st!
Peak week - There is no guarantee on what the color will look like for your scheduled appointment. There are online predictors that will help us decide when the peak color will be, and tend to be pretty accurate once we hit mid September. Obviously we begin scheduling sooner than that for foliage sessions, so we do our best to predict based on years past. In 2020, the foliage came very early, about a week sooner than usual in fact. So we were able to offer a few appointments the option to move up sooner. In the past the peak color has been closer to Halloween. So I tend to schedule clients between 10/20-10/30 for best color. However I have had great luck with still getting beautiful fall photos all the way through the first week of November. Sooner than 10/15 is usually still very green, so later tends to be better since you can typically still find pockets of color on a tree here or there. When scheduling, you agree to the color as-is when your appointment is scheduled.
To book your session: Email me to schedule a date/time, I will also need a deposit paid (I will send you links to pay online via credit card or venmo). I will also request - First names of everyone in photos, ages of children, your cell number, and confirmation in writing via email that you agree to the deposit agreement, foliage & weather statement, all as stated above.

Included: One hour session, editing/post processing, online album, $300 credit code for products (prints, canvas, metal, acrylic or albums) + option to upgrade to digital package below once you view your proofs for the difference in price.
Option B) Session + all digitals with copyright release
$775+tax
Included: One hour session, editing/post processing, online album, flash drive, all digital files with copyright release to do your own printing.
