Christmas Mini Sessions and Santa Day!
This year Skysight Photography will be holding two separate Christmas photo events. Come celebrate Christmas with Skysight! Due to high demand on the schedule this year, we are highly encouraging clients to take advantage of the mini session dates, as there will be very limited options for full sessions.

November 21st from Noon - 4pm

November 28th from 12:30pm - 4pm
*If these dates fill up, we will start a waiting list. If we fill enough of the waiting list, a third date will be added within the first week of December.

A mini photo session puts an emphasis on quality over quantity. In a 20 minute session, we will take a few fantastic pictures for you to treasure through seasons present and future in our elegantly designed modern holiday settings. Instead of the usual hour-long session, a mini session is an opportunity to quickly capture the best shots of you and your family at their most festive. These photos will make lovely Christmas cards and heartwarming presents for your loved ones.
This Christmas for Skysight, our sets will be bright and modern. We are going for a contemporary look this year that will still feel classic in its simplicity. And you better believe Grandma and Grandpa are going to flip for these shots come December.
So that you can plan outfits accordingly, We wanted to give you a description of our sets. The first is inspired with gold sequins and brown rustic elements like pine cones. This set's color scheme is gold, cream, and brown. It is smaller, so only large enough for 1-2 children at a time, but has some great Christmas elements in the props. The second set is a white couch with silver and white pillows, on a backdrop that is a nude/peach tone. It is big enough for the whole family, and does not have specific Christmas props, but lovely for a winterized family portrait. We will also have a third set that is gray, red, and white with modern chevron patterns and some Christmas lights in the background.
Scheduling a session does not require a deposit. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least three days ahead of time so we can fill your slot from the waiting list.

Decorating Cookies with Santa!
November 22 from 9am to Noon

Santa Day is a special way for Skysight to be thankful to our clients and to show the children a fantastic time while capturing their youthful spirit. This event was a huge hit last year and we're hoping to make it a lasting tradition. Children can meet Santa Claus, play reindeer games, make reindeer food, along with other fun treats! This is a great event for the kids to spend a little time hanging out with Santa, which enables us to capture some beautiful candid style photographs of the magic happening.
This year, Autumn wanted to put a twist on the tradition of photos sitting on Santa's lap. Our set and theme will be "Decorating Cookies with Santa!" Each child will get a plain pre-baked sugar cookie when they enter Santa's room. Then will get the exciting opportunity to decorate their cookie with Santa's help behind a table full of colorful icing & sprinkles!
The session fee is completely free with no obligation to buy anything. The digital images will be available a la carte with a special holiday discount.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Blackburn Center Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. We will also be accepting donations for the Blackburn Center, where the money can go towards providing the women and children there a warm and festive holiday season.
Santa Day will be first come, first serve basis. Each session will last about 5 minutes or so, which should be plenty of time for your little ones to tell Santa what they want for Christmas. RSVP on our Santa Day Facebook page to be a part of this fun event!
