It's HERE! Holiday photo season 2018!
This year we are setting up our holiday photo sets earlier than ever. Dates to schedule for photo sessions will begin in early October! The majority of our sessions will take place through October and early November, to give ample time for turnaround before Thanksgiving. This will give you the ability to have your photos done, edited, delivered, and holiday cards designed, printed, stamped, addressed, and into the mail for the start of holiday season. We will not be taking holiday sessions after a certain point in November, so please schedule as early as possible.
This year I've decided to do several sets, and keep them all simple. Some will be free from holiday props,but still very elegant, so that it can work great for a holiday card but also not attached too much to a season so that it can be displayed on your wall year round. But of course, I want to throw in something really fun too... So I added a cookie decorating set (with real food props to get messy!) & a New Year's Eve set to the mix! Because...why not!? You can post it on Dec 31st as your profile photo, or use it on the back of your holiday card with a New Year greeting.
There are several sets, and you won't necessarily have time for all of them in one session. So take a look below and see what you like best! In fact, packages are based on time, so you can choose what you'd like to schedule and I'll help you decide how many sets I think you can fit into that time based on the size of your family and ages of your children. Also, deciding which sets you want before you schedule would be helpful for me so I can set up prior to your appointment, if you can let me know as least a day in advance I would appreciate it.

SET 1: "VICTORIAN GRAY AND WHITE SETTEE"
COLORS: Gray, white, silver (optional)
FURNITURE: Victorian style gray & white settee with rose woodwork on top
SUGGESTED COLORS TO WEAR: black, white, gray, silver, red, metallics, or pops of any bright color
colors NOT to wear: tan, brown, rustic looks
SET 2: "NEW YEARS EVE"
COLORS: gray, silver
PROPS: disco ball & confetti to throw for action shot! *with or without furniture*
SUGGESTED COLORS TO WEAR: Anything! Something festive for New Years or elegant holiday, such as metallics or sequins would be great, but any colors will work fine.
SET 3: "MAKING MESSY COOKIES"
COLORS: white, red, bold colors
PROPS: wooden table, real cookies, icing, sprinkles, aprons (multiple sizes!), kids chef hat, rolling pin, flour to get messy!
SUGGESTED COLORS TO WEAR: red, white, casual, PJ's, fun Christmas outfits, red and green, holiday prints, etc.
*KIDS MAY GET MESSY, SO WE'LL DO THIS AS THE LAST SET IN YOUR SESSION.
SET 4: "TIMELESS AND MOD"
This set is all about the subject... simple, no props, no seasonal aspects added. Truly timeless.
COLORS: black, dark green, bold green
FURNITURE/PROPS: green mod couch
SUGGESTED COLORS TO WEAR: almost any color would work, suggested style is formal
SET 5: "CREAM SETTEE"
COLORS: tan/cream and white, or tan with blue, or tan with red & gold
PROPS: tan/cream settee, white pillows
SUGGESTED COLORS TO WEAR: light/neutral, gold, white, cream, white, tan, pastels, brown, etc.
SET 6: "GOLD SEQUINS AND WHITE SNOWFLAKES"
COLORS: Gold, white
PROPS: Gold sequin backdrop, wooden floor, white snowflakes, white rocking moose, sled
NOTE: this set is meant for small children, not large enough for families, with props that are interchangeable
SUGGESTED COLORS TO WEAR: light/neutral, gold, white, cream, white, tan, pastels, brown, etc.
