HEADSHOTS FOR A REALTOR IN A MODEL HOME VS THE STUDIO

I absolutely love doing headshots in my studio for realtors, I can provide a very clean simple look, and the packages can be shorter, quicker, and less expensive. I've created hundreds of headshots in the studio that work flawlessly for all professionals, including real estate agents. However, sometimes going the extra mile and doing the photos in the environment they work in can be an added benefit.

Doing headshots in a house for a realtor can create a more personalized and relatable image. By using the home environment, realtors can highlight their connection to the property, making them seem more approachable and in tune with the homes they represent. This can build trust with potential clients, as they can easily picture the realtor working within that home setting.

Another benefit is the opportunity to showcase the property’s ambiance in a subtle way. With natural lighting and a well-chosen backdrop, the headshot can capture the home's character, subtly enhancing the realtor’s brand while emphasizing the quality of the space they are selling. It’s an effective way to integrate a professional image with the home environment.

Here is a wonderful sample session of Kristin Susa from Realty ONE Group who secured the use of a model home in Oakmont for the shoot! This session was completed in two hours - using all areas of the home and four outfit changes! Inquire for more details if you're also a real estate agent who would love to capture a shoot like this of yourself!
