Whether we captured your wedding day, newborn session, branding photos, or something else, downloading and archiving your photos is a very important part of the process! *Disclaimer - It's important to note that once we deliver your photos, you have 30 days to download and backup your files. After this period, we cannot guarantee your files be available from us.

- Login to your gallery and select "Select Photos"
- Hover over photos you would like to download and click the bubble in the bottom left corner of the photo to make the selection.
- OR CLICK ON SELECT ALL ON THE TOP/LEFT !!
- With your selections made, scroll back to the top of your gallery (or to where the toolbar is showing) and click on "Download".
- This pop-up window will be shown on your screen.
- Here, you will CLICK ON THE .Zip BLUE FILE NAME to begin the download of your photos. You can view the progress of the download in your device's download hub.
Finally, you'll navigate to your downloads folder on your device. Open your Zip folder to see your photos.
To back these photos up to a hard drive, flash drive, or add photos to your phone, Click and Drag the downloaded folder to your chosen storage device or phone (while plugged into your computer) to make a copy of these on your storage device.

Properly posting your photos to social media is a simple way to ensure everybody is seeing your beautiful images in the way us photographers intend. These photos have been carefully color-corrected and calibrated upon delivery. Social media platforms can quickly diminish the quality of your photos when you (a) post a screenshot of your image instead of uploading the downloaded file, (b) download and post too big of a resolution photo from your gallery, or (c) apply a filter to photos in your post.
How to properly post your images to social media platforms:
- Follow the download instructions above on your computer and add your downloaded photos to your phone.
- From here, it's as simple as opening your social media, selecting your images, and creating a post!
This is a very simple process that allows the full photo to be edited and compressed by the social media you choose.
*It's important to note again that screenshotting photos on your phone creates a heavily compressed and blurry copy of the photo. When these are uploaded to social media platforms, they are compressed even further. This compression creates a blurry, pixelated image and can ruin your professional photos!

Flash Drives are a great way to save your photos! Follow the downloading guide above to download and add your photos to a flash drive if you already own one. We can mail you a flash drive pre-loaded with your photos on it for just $25 if desired. Our wedding packages include a personal flash drive already! Remember a flash drive is not meant to last forever. The lifespan of a flash drive could be a few years, so be sure to back up the images immediately to another location - hard drive, cloud service, etc. !
